Horizon Credit Union consistently tops customer satisfaction ratings

The latest Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction poll shows that credit unions and building societies continue to strongly outperform the major banks. Of building society customers surveyed, 88.5 per cent said they were satisfied with their building society; and of credit union customers surveyed, 85.7 per cent confirmed they were satisfied with their credit union.

That’s compared to only 71.4 per cent of satisfied customers from the major banks.
