HandyNet is a virtual Horizon branch which gives you control over your finances and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Internet banking has no start-up costs or access fees.
Mobile Banking (HandyNet) using a Smart Phone
Horizon Mobile Banking gives even more control over your finances because you can access your accounts with a smart phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All you need to start is to be a registered HandyNet user. If you haven’t already registered, apply now.
There are no Horizon Credit Union fees and charges for using Mobile Banking but charges will apply from the mobile service provider.
If the phone/device is lost or stolen the HandyNet password will need to be reset by contacting us.

Our phone banking service gives you 24 hour access to your accounts from any touch phone. It's a free service, you only pay the cost of a local call, regardless of where you ring from within Australia.
SMS alerts allows you to set up to receive text or email alerts from us when certain things occur on your accounts. You can register for this service within HandyNet under Services & Help then you can choose your settings on the spot. You can receive an alert when:

Text us whenever you like from wherever you like, to find out your account information. All you have to do is text BAL ALL to 0409 191 851 and within seconds the balances on all your nominated savings, investment and loan accounts will be sent to your mobile phone. You can register for this service within HandyNet under Services & Help then choose the accounts you want to access.
You can choose to access your Horizon statements electronically via HandyNet. You can register for this service in HandyNet. We'll email you each time a new statement is available to view in HandyNet.
